About Me

Property is my passion. I live in Dubai and help peope like yourselves by giving straight forward and unbiased advice. I am not an agent. I do not deal in resale properties. I only deal with off plan properties or in simple words, properties that are not constructed yet and are available directly from the developer. If you are looking for an agent, I have heard that these are the most reliable and popular ones: Asteco, Better Homes, Landmark etc. But I cant guarantee anything.

I usually look at the projects in locations I feel will provide the best returns and also that will be one of the best communities to live and work in Dubai.

The difference between an agent and myself is that I will only advise on properties that I will buy myself. An agent on the other hand will sell you anything they have. I will be the point of contact between the developer and yourself, or you can easily liase with them directly. If you plan to visit Dubai, I will take you around Dubai and take you to the site where you have purchased the property. This way you know you can count on someone when visiting Dubai.

If you are planning to buy and sell quickly, I am not the right person for you. But I do assure you that after the project gets completed, my team and I will make sure we sell it for you or give it for rent. This is my assurance to you.

If you are serious about investing in Dubai, tell us your budget, and we would provide it to the Developer who's project we feel will be one of the best investments in Dubai for you. This way if you decide to buy, you would need to pay us 1% consultation fee off the transaction value. And since you are buying directly from the developer you would not have to pay any other comission or transfer fees. Our consultation fee is the only extra price you need to pay. And a small fee will easily cover up once the value of the property rises. There are no hidden fees.

We deal in developers who are listed with the Dubai Land department and have an escrow account policy. Legal experts say the Trust (Escrow) Accounts will protect buyers’ stage payments in independently-held accounts. This way you are sure that your money will be used on the project you are buying in.
